Food, Shelter and Cloth are the most important necessary part of the human life. Many time it seems mistakes at the time of taking foods,which impact bad effect upon our body.So here are some tips for the right way for taking foods for possess good health.

1. Don't take any food till you become hungry, and don't eat much more than hunger. This tips is so much important for the diabetics patient and it should required to take food in the different between two hours.

2. Take some water before half an hour of taking food. As like that take some water at the time of continue of eating if required, and don't take water till one hour after taking foods.

3. Take some salad with food is necessary for digest foods. Because it has contains fiber in the salad which helps to make digest foods in the stomach.
